Hi, I’m Julia (she/her)! Life can feel confusing, overwhelming, and just plain exhausting - especially when you’ve been carrying heavy stories or expectations for years. Whether you’re dealing with ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, questions around identity, or navigating a big life change, I want you to know: you don’t have to hold it all by yourself. In sessions with me, we’ll slow things down and make space for all the parts of you - your thoughts, emotions, body, and story. I’ll show up as a real person, not a blank slate. I believe laughter, warmth, and honesty belong in the room just as much as tears and silence. Clients often tell me I feel grounding, bubbly, and affirming, and I work to create a space where you feel both safe and seen. My approach isn’t about giving you a one-size-fits-all plan or being a blank slate. It’s about getting curious together, finding what feels true for you, and building tools that actually fit your life. Healing, to me, is less about “fixing” and more about reconnecting with yourself, your needs, and the relationships that matter most. At the heart of it all, I believe you deserve to be fully seen, even the parts you’ve been told are “too much” or “not enough.” You don’t need to have everything figured out.
