Hi there! I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and confident in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, isolation, family conflict, relationship struggles, or other emotional difficulties, therapy can be a space to work through these challenges and build skills for moving forward. I believe therapy should feel comfortable, genuine, and collaborative. My approach is tailored to each client and incorporates strength-based, client-centered, CBT, and DBT techniques. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can be themselves, explore what they’re experiencing, and develop tools that feel realistic and useful in their everyday lives. My clinical experience includes working in pediatric inpatient psychiatry and an adolescent partial hospitalization program, where I supported young people experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. I value building genuine connections with my clients and meeting them where they are in their journey. I see children, adolescents, and young adults virtually in Colorado.
