Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, deepen self-understanding, and discover new ways to navigate life’s challenges. I bring a compassionate yet direct approach, helping clients explore patterns and create lasting change rather than seek temporary solutions. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, sexual dysfunction, kinks, and fetishes. I have particular experience supporting survivors of childhood and sexual trauma and strive to create an affirming space for all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ and sex worker communities. I help clients explore shame, make authentic life choices, and better understand their wants and needs. I support clients in developing self-awareness, deepening intimacy, and strengthening relationships. I specialize in helping couples navigate differences in desire, particularly when shaped by past trauma. My background includes college counseling and work with survivors of sexual trauma in specialized clinics. I integrate trauma-informed interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, attachment theory, psychodynamic approaches, and OCSB-informed work to help clients understand unconscious patterns and their impact on daily life. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Together, we create a safe, inclusive space to explore difficult experiences, challenge patterns, and move toward a fulfilling and authentic life.
