I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with a passion for exploring desire and sexual expression through various lenses. I work with individuals navigating concerns including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual dysfunction, and fetishes. I am particularly skilled in supporting those with childhood and sexual trauma and creating a welcoming, affirming space for clients of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQIA+ and sex worker communities. I help clients explore shame and authentic desires, offering unconditional support and thoughtful questions that encourage curiosity and new perspectives. I support clients in deepening their understanding of sexual pleasure and developing skills to enhance intimacy and relationships. I also have extensive experience in college counseling and working with survivors of sexual trauma. I specialize in helping couples navigate desire discrepancies, particularly when rooted in past trauma. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including trauma-informed interventions, EFT, somatic practices, attachment theory, OCSB, and psychodynamic approaches. Through psychoanalytic exploration, I help clients understand unconscious patterns, desires, and their impact on daily life. I work collaboratively with each client to find an approach that fits their goals, providing a safe, inclusive space for exploration and healing.
