Introduction

I believe that every person is a work in progress, and that growth happens when we have the space to be seen, understood, and accepted as we are. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in Counseling, I integrate evidence-based approaches with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity to meet each client’s unique needs. My favorite part of being a counselor is having a front-row seat to the courage, healing, and growth that unfolds as people gain insight, discover their strengths, and create lives that feel more aligned with who they are. Outside of my work as a counselor, I am a wife and mom who values creativity, community, and connection. My faith is also an important part of who I am and influences the way I approach my work with gentleness, respect, and care. I feel honored to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges, and I consider it a privilege to witness the growth and transformation that can happen through the counseling process.
