I became a therapist because of a lifelong pull toward people and their stories. I believe that healing occurs at the intersection of hope and connection. Whether you are seeking clarity around identity, support making meaning of past or current experiences, or relief from longstanding patterns of depression or anxiety, it is my goal to cultivate a personalized therapy space that fosters hope, trust, and self-compassion. I am committed to providing care that is identity-affirming, anti-oppressive, and culturally curious. My approach is highly relational, non-pathologizing, and grounded in Internal Family Systems. I also integrate my training in attachment theory, psychodynamic and depth-oriented therapies, trauma-informed care, and psychedelic integration. I am committed to providing excellent, evidenced-based care that always centers the unique person before me rather than any single clinical framework. While my training provides me with many ways to provide individualized support, a common thread through all is a desire to help my clients access more mindfulness in their daily lives, allowing them more choices, freedom, and opportunities for presence. I view therapy as a partnership in which together we can foster a sense of being truly and tenderly at home within yourself.
