I earned my Master of Counseling from the University of Akron and have dedicated my career to working with a diverse range of individuals, from adults navigating the complexities of recovery to families and at-risk youth. I believe that every person’s path to wellness is different, and my goal is to provide the steady support you need to find yours. In our work together, I don’t just look at the challenges you’re facing today; I look at the whole picture. Whether I’m helping a family find their rhythm again or supporting an individual through substance abuse recovery, I focus on creating a non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to make real, lasting changes. My approach is active, collaborative, and focused on your future. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe patterns that might be holding you back, combined with Motivational Interviewing to help you tap into your own internal “why.” I am also a strong believer in Solution-Focused Therapy, which means that while we honor your past, we spend significant energy on the “what’s next.” My aim is to give you practical tools that assist you in achieving true emotional and mental wellness, making sure you leave our sessions feeling more equipped than when you walked in.
