Introduction

Accepting New Virtual Ohio Clients Julia M. Wedemeyer, MA, LPC (OH), NCC, CTP, ISTT She | Her | Hers Queer, Cis-Woman Living with Disabilities Business InnerVision Resources, LLC I offer integrative, feminist, relational, resilience-informed, and trauma-competent virtual counseling throughout Ohio. This personalized, somatically grounded care is culturally relevant and compassionate. Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress, past trauma, or complex relationships, I utilize evidence-based techniques focused on nervous system regulation, integrative trauma care, and holistic healing. My goal is to help you process emotional impacts, adapt to change, and build resilience for lasting personal growth. Specialized training/lived experience includes addiction recovery, adjustment to disability onset, HIV+/AIDS diagnoses, trauma-related illnesses, binge eating/eating-related issues, C-PTSD/I & PTSD/I diagnoses, EMDR/ Somatic EMDR, integrative somatic trauma therapy, intimacy and relationship issues, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care. I provide WPATH Gender-Affirming Care Support Letters in accordance with the WPATH SOC: Version 8. These letters can be written for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), gender-affirming surgeries, and/or legal changes to name and gender markers. These letters are available as part of ongoing counseling or as a stand-alone service. I provide deeply affirming care for LGBTQIA2S+ and gender diverse/ expansive people across the full spectrum of identities and expressions. My practice embraces individuals and communities in the margins of accessing mental healthcare, including identifying Native/Indigenous/Two-Spirit and intersex people, trans and non-binary folx, leather/kink/BDSM community/practitioners, sex workers, and those engaged in consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, or other diverse relationship structures. I center autonomy, informed consent, and liberation, ensuring counseling is a place where every part of who you are is respected, protected, and empowered. I also provide mental health evaluations and letters supporting the therapeutic use of Emotional Support Animals (ESA) as part of treatment for qualifying mental health conditions. ESA assessments and documentation are based on clinical need, comply with federal guidelines, and can be offered as part of ongoing counseling or as a standalone service. Counseling with me at InnerVision Resources, LLC goes beyond just alleviating symptoms; it’s about reconnecting with your body, reclaiming your story, and creating a life that feels whole. Together, we can build and foster an inclusive environment that respects dignity, diversity, authenticity, and empowerment, promoting healing, growth, and thriving! I am currently out-of-network with all insurance plans and in the process of becoming paneled and credentialed. Until then, I’m developing a waiting list or am able to assist you in using your out-of-network benefits. I believe that everyone deserves to be able to access mental healthcare, especially equity-deserving/ marginalized folx, so I provide sliding scale and pro bono sessions as part of intersectional mutual aid!
