I see therapy as a journey of reconnecting with your most authentic self. I provide a space of curiosity, compassion, and patience for you to process your experiences, improve self-awareness, and explore ways to make changes in your life. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and couples through a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, grief & loss, existential concerns, spiritual and religious struggles, and trauma. We work together to gain a deeper understanding of how your internal parts show up for you individually and within your relationships, while expanding your capacity for self-compassion, emotion regulation, and values-led living. I take a holistic approach, addressing and strengthening the connection of mind, body, and spirit.
