Being human is complicated. We are constantly learning how to navigate ourselves, our relationships, and the expectations that come with being an adult, a partner, a parent, or simply a person trying to figure things out. Sometimes the ways we learned to cope made sense at one point in our lives, but may no longer serve us. I’m curious about what happens beneath the surface and how our past experiences, beliefs, and unmet needs shape the way we connect, communicate, and move through life. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, sexual concerns, self-worth, and relationship challenges. Differences in desire or expectations can bring up feelings of rejection, disconnection, or misunderstanding. I help clients explore what may be underneath these patterns and develop more intentional ways of relating to themselves and others. If you’re ready to explore what may be keeping you stuck, better understand yourself, and become more intentional about the choices you make, therapy can be a place to begin. Together, we can work toward feeling more aligned with who you want to be and building more meaningful connections with the people around you. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.
