Taking the first step toward counseling is a meaningful investment in your well-being, and I am honored to be part of your journey. My highest priority is to cultivate a therapeutic space that feels like a safe harbor - a place where you are welcomed exactly as you are, without judgment. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, transparency, and respect. At the root of my work is the belief in treating the whole person - trusting that meaningful healing can create the foundation for wholeness and flourishing. I operate from a deeply person-centered and trauma-informed approach, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life and possess the capacity for growth and healing. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy to provide a tailored approach for each of my clients. Additionally, I am certified in Play Therapy and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which allows me to incorporate creative and developmentally appropriate techniques into my work with all ages. For those who desire it, I also welcome the opportunity to thoughtfully integrate faith-based counseling from a Christian outlook as a source of support.
