Julia Spenadel, LPCC, ATR-P works with individuals and couples, supporting clients in navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, and PTSD. If you feel the world wasn’t built for the way your brain or nervous system works, or that your relationships are strained by misattunement, I am here to help you navigate these challenges. Living with ADHD myself, I provide a neuro-affirming space that compliments your unique way of thinking and relating. I believe that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have; Sometimes, we just need to find the tools that fit best for you. My path to this work began in makeup artistry, where I helped people express themselves outwardly. While I loved the creativity, I felt called to serve people on a deeper level. This led me to art therapy, a space where expression, mindfulness, and compassion intersect. My approach is easygoing, solution focused, and trauma-informed, blending practical coping skills with somatic exploration. In sessions we may talk, create art, or tune in to what the body is feeling in the moment. If traditional therapy approaches have not felt accessible or effective, this approach may offer an easier way to engage in counseling that actually works for you. *Please note: Due to current caseload capacity, I have limited telehealth appointments available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you would like to be seen in person on Friday or Saturday, please let me know and I can add you to my waitlist.* OFFICE LOCATION: 5353 W Dartmouth Ave. Ste #305 Denver, CO 80227
