Introduction

I offer resilience- and trauma-informed counseling that meets clients exactly where they are, with somatically grounded care rooted in nervous system regulation, integrative trauma treatment, and holistic healing. My areas of specialty include complex trauma (C-PTSD/PTSD), adjustment to disability or chronic illness, addiction recovery, binge eating/food-related issues, and intimacy and relationship concerns. I also provide affirming, identity-informed care for LGBTQIA2S+/LGBTGEQIAP+ individuals, ensuring that therapy is a safe and supportive space to explore gender, sexuality, and intersectional identity with respect and empowerment. My therapeutic approach is integrative, feminist, relational, cultural, and social justice–oriented. I understand deeply how trauma and oppression shape both the mind and body, and I aim to create a collaborative space where clients can heal, reclaim agency, and grow. I integrate modalities including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Polyvagal Theory and Embodied Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR/Somatic EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Structural Dissociation (TSDP), and mindfulness-based practices.
