I have experience working with children, teens, parents, and families in several settings, including addiction recovery programs. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how family patterns, communication, cultural background, and life transitions influence relationships and daily life. I also have a strong passion for supporting clients living with chronic, invisible, and autoimmune conditions, as well as the families who walk alongside them. In my work, I draw from Intergenerational and Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on helping families notice the patterns that may be creating stress or distance, and I offer practical tools to support clearer communication, emotional balance, and healthier ways of relating. I recognize the emotional, relational, and systemic impact these conditions can have and strive to create space for those experiences to be seen and understood. Cultural awareness is an important part of my approach, and I am committed to meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, values, and readiness for change.
