Introduction

Welcome! I'm Julia. I am a LMHC in FL, a LPC in GA, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS), with specialized trauma training in EMDR therapy. I offer therapy that is Grounded in connection. Guided by compassion to: - Children & Teens: anxiety, emotions, behavior, life transitions - Parents & Families: parenting support, communication, stress - Women: motherhood, fertility, identity, grief, chronic illness - Trauma & Healing: EMDR therapy, play therapy, coping with loss Taking the step to begin therapy is courageous, and I want you to feel supported from the very start. My goal is to create a space where you or child, feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. With both an M.A. and M.S., I bring a strong educational background paired with years of experience helping children, parents, and women navigate life's challenges My Approach I believe therapy should feel warm, supportive, and practical. That means I’ll meet you where you are, help identify what’s getting in the way, and give you tools to move forward. Whether through EMDR, play therapy, or supportive counseling, I want every person to leave sessions feeling heard, encouraged, and hopeful.
