Sometimes, difficult relationships or stressful environments can leave you feeling like you’re constantly walking on eggshells, second-guessing yourself, or struggling to feel grounded in who you are. When you’ve spent a long time navigating painful or confusing dynamics, it can be difficult to trust your own thoughts, feelings, and instincts. I believe healing begins with having a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I work with individuals experiencing relational stress, narcissistic abuse recovery, high-conflict family or partner dynamics, codependency, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and difficulties with boundaries and self-trust. Together, we can gently explore the patterns and experiences that may be contributing to your distress while building greater clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping you better understand your emotional and nervous-system responses and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. You do not have to navigate these experiences alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you have been through, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have felt lost along the way. You deserve to feel safe, respected, and at home within yourself. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and greater self-trust.
