Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with youth, women, and families. I have been working in a mental health clinician role since 2012 and began private practice work in 2016. I specialize in various treatment modalities including DBT, CBT, and Trauma Focused treatment. I work primarily with teens, their families, as well as young adults and I enjoy empowering women of all ages. I'm passionate about the holistic wellness of people. I'm here to engage with you to help you achieve your goals. My desire is to help you find a path to where you feel confident all the while discovering new potential for a quality life worth living.
