I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and the senior populations. I am a licensed Clinician with over 30 years of experience in the field of Social Workk. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. My approach is empathetic, strenght based, and goal directed, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I utilize evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I am EMDR certified. My work is trauma informed while addressing everyday stressors, anxiety, mood concerns, and life challenges.
