Introduction

Many people come to therapy exhausted from trying to understand or think their way out of emotional pain. Understanding matters, but lasting change often comes from learning how to safely experience and process what we feel. My approach integrates mind-body therapies, including EFT/Tapping, to help you work through emotional pain, develop self-trust, and feel more at ease within yourself. Our work focuses on creating the safety and space needed for meaningful healing. For more than a decade, I've worked in private practice as an EFT/Tapping practitioner and supervising mentor. I've also provided trauma care through The Tapping Solution Foundation following the Sandy Hook and Parkland tragedies. You don't have to relive painful experiences to begin healing. Together, we can help your mind and body find a different way forward. I welcome the opportunity to connect and explore whether we're a good fit.
