I’m a pre-licensed therapist who works with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and carrying unprocessed trauma. Many of the clients I work with appear “fine” on the outside—capable, responsible, and successful—but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. I was drawn to this work through a deep interest in understanding how our past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, and DBT techniques to support both deeper insight and practical, day-to-day change. In our work together, we’ll explore underlying patterns and experiences while also building tools to help you regulate emotions, manage stress, and respond differently in challenging moments. I aim to create a space that feels compassionate, collaborative, and grounded—where you don’t have to perform or have it all together. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it’s about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more emotionally steady, and more able to move through life with clarity and intention. I offer fully virtual sessions with flexible scheduling, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, so therapy can fit into your life when you need it most.
