Introduction

I am a licensed clinical therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journey. I provide telehealth counseling to young adults, and adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with adults who may be struggling with emotional distress, relational conflict, or difficulty feeling grounded and connected. I offer a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, warm, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves. I take a holistic approach to mental wellness, helping clients better understand their own stories while fostering growth, resilience, and self-acceptance. My core mission is to empower individuals to fully accept themselves as whole, worthy people. This occurs when recognizing the healing power of connection, reflection, and repair, both individually and within relationships. I’m currently accepting new clients for telehealth therapy in Rhode Island. I work with adults and youth ages 17 and older. I accept Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna, and my self-pay rate is $125 per session. If you’re curious about getting started, I invite you to reach out to the phone number or email link at the top of this page to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what you’re hoping to work on in therapy and to make sure we’re a good fit for one another.
