Introduction

I work with adults and couples who feel stuck or unsettled—whether in their relationships, their work, or within themselves. Individuals and couples may be healing from emotionally abusive relationships, struggling with self-doubt, or noticing repeated patterns that no longer feel healthy. I offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of these experiences, rebuild self-trust, and move toward healthier, more secure ways of relating. Many of my clients are navigating major life transitions, carrying old emotional wounds, or feeling disconnected and unsure of what’s next. If you’ve spent a long time holding things together, find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally reactive or shut down, or repeating patterns you don’t fully understand, you’re not alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe and understood as we work toward greater clarity, emotional stability, and connection. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out.
