Living with serious illness, or caring for someone who is, can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to face it alone. I am passionate about supporting patients and caregivers as they navigate the emotional challenges, stress, and grief that accompany illness, helping make its impact more manageable. Together, we can work toward hope and renewed strength. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and collaborative. I hold a postgraduate certification in palliative and end-of-life care and use evidence-based methods to support emotional well-being and help manage the stress and physical effects of illness. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have had the privilege of working with patients and caregivers across diverse healthcare settings, bringing both empathy and practical support to our work together. I understand how deeply challenging illness and caregiving can be, but it does not have to define you. Together, we can rise above its impact and move toward meaning, resilience, and renewed purpose. If you are seeking understanding, guidance, and meaningful support, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
