I provide counseling in Arlington, Texas for adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, career and workplace stress, burnout, major life transitions, and difficult decisions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven individuals who are used to managing a lot—but may find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I bring more than 25 years of combined experience in education, counseling, and consulting. My approach is practical, collaborative, and insight-oriented, often incorporating personality, communication patterns, conflict styles, and relationship dynamics to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. My work with couples includes support for communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, relationship transitions, and strengthening the overall health of the relationship. I am Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 Trained, a PREPARE/ENRICH Certified Facilitator, and a Twogether in Texas provider. I also bring specialized training in personality, communication, and conflict resolution as an MBTI® Master Practitioner, TKI Conflict Mode Instrument Certified Facilitator, and trained mediator. This background is especially helpful for clients working through career concerns, workplace stress, communication challenges, relationship conflict, and major personal or professional transitions. I provide in-person counseling in Arlington, Texas, as well as telehealth for clients throughout Texas and telehealth services for eligible Florida residents.
