Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. I support adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally worn down, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD with an emphasis on executive functioning. I often work with first responders, veterans, spouses, and individuals living in high stress environments. Many come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to regain balance. My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and practical. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed strategies to help clients understand their experiences, regulate emotions, and build skills that improve daily life. Sessions feel collaborative and focused on progress you notice outside the therapy room. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, feel less alone, and begin rebuilding a sense of confidence and steadiness. We move at a pace that feels right for you while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
