Do you ever feel overwhelmed by anxious thoughts or unsure about your next step? Many teens and adults I work with feel pressure related to school, relationships, identity, or major life transitions. You might feel anxious, burned out, or uncertain about who you are and where you are headed. Therapy can be a place where you do not have to have everything figured out. It can be a supportive space to slow down, talk things through, and begin understanding yourself more clearly while building the confidence to move forward. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic principles to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools to manage stress and anxiety. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults in both residential and university counseling settings, helping them navigate depression, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. In our work together, we will focus on strengthening coping skills, building self-awareness, and helping you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
