Together we will: Learn about Nervous System health & function Create a safe environment for movement (set up your therapy environment) Learn and/or refine your mindfulness skills Explore the ways your mind and body were informed by your nervous system responses in early childhood Process your stories by feeling and moving through the physical responses & build individualized vocabulary around your felt experience. Identify patterns informing your defense mechanisms and coping skills (Dance/Movement Therapy specific observation & analysis) Practice individualized clinically informed movement for coping, resilience and growth. Integration of your authentic self into your relationships and community.
