Introduction

I’m Julie. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and a registered play therapist. I enjoy working with all ages and have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse populations and cultures encountering a variety of mental and behavioral health struggles. I work a lot with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am also passionate about supporting ADHD individuals, as well as those with selective mutism. I work to empower and support those that I work with to help them succeed and overcome obstacles. I take an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy, drawing on different modalities to meet the needs of each individual while creating a relationship where individuals feel understood and validated. I also have a strong appreciation for humor when it comes to helping people navigate everything life can throw at us.
