Introduction

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York City with over 9 years of clinical experience. I primarily work with high functioning adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, despite “doing all the right things.” My work focuses on helping you understand how your early experiences and relationships shaped the way you feel, think, and respond today. Therapy isn’t about staying stuck blaming your past or the people in it. It’s about understanding how your experiences shaped you, so you can begin to respond differently. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded in your emotions, build more secure relationships, and trust yourself again.
