I help clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they cannot seem to think their way out of. My work is grounded in the belief that healing involves the whole person: mind, body, nervous system, relationships, values, and spirit. I use EMDR, mindfulness and meditation practices, somatic awareness, Gestalt therapy, and values-based psychotherapy to help clients process trauma, reduce shame, reconnect with themselves, and build more freedom in how they respond to life. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for eligible clients in collaboration with medical providers, combining preparation, supported dosing sessions, and integration work to help clients make meaning of new insights and translate them into real-life change. Clients often come to me for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relational pain, betrayal, compulsive patterns, ADHD-related struggles, spiritual conflict, or a sense that they are functioning on the outside while feeling disconnected underneath. My style is direct, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I care about helping clients tell the truth about what hurts, understand what has shaped them, and move toward a life that feels more honest, grounded, and congruent.
