Hi, I’m Julie. My journey into therapy began with a simple realization: real healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and honored as a whole person. I work with clients in a collaborative, down-to-earth space where your values, culture, identity, and humanity are deeply respected, allowing you to show up exactly as you are. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and older adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, and self-esteem. My person-centered approach integrates evidence-based practices tailored specifically to your needs. Together, we won't just talk through life's challenges—we'll explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical, real-world tools to help you move forward with confidence. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Palo Alto University. I also hold a B.S. in Biology from George Washington University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from Northwestern University. As a counselor-in-training, I provide care under professional supervision to ensure you receive thoughtful, high-quality support.
