Are you used to being the one others can count on, while quietly carrying things that no one else sees? Maybe you’ve learned to keep going, even when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of what comes next. You may be navigating trauma, stress, loss, anxiety, depression, a difficult transition, or experiences that are hard to articulate. Sometimes, being a strong, dependable, resilient person can make it difficult to recognize when we need support. If you’re carrying the cumulative weight of unseen burdens or simply at a point in life where you know something needs to change, you don't have to figure it out alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Washington and Colorado with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, crisis, loss, stress, and life transitions. I also have particular expertise in fire-based first responder culture, including the complex trauma and cumulative stress associated with the field. I believe therapy is about creating a safe, supportive space to understand what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and discover what is possible from here. You are the expert on your own life, and I see my role as coming alongside you to help you understand yourself, identify what you need, and support movement toward the life you want to live.
