I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. In addition to general mental health counseling, I also provide specialized support for individuals struggling with problematic or harmful sexual behavior. This work is grounded in accountability, safety, and evidence‑based treatment, offered in a nonjudgmental environment that supports growth and responsibility. My therapeutic approach integrates several evidence‑based modalities. I am trained in Functional Family Therapy (FFT), a systemic model that helps families strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and build healthier patterns. I also draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), incorporating skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) further supports clients in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, building insight, and developing practical strategies for change.
