SPECIALIZED TRAINING & BACKGROUND I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology with specialty training in couples and family therapy. My doctoral research focused on the attributes and dysfunctions of work teams, which directly informs my executive coaching practice today. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent years working in finance and technology, giving me firsthand understanding of the pressures facing tech leaders and corporate executives. Since 2006, I've maintained both a clinical practice and an executive coaching practice, working with leadership teams and organizations including Fortune 500 companies (Coca-Cola, Walmart, Cisco, VMware), law firms, engineering firms, family businesses, and tech startups. I'm a certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) practitioner for couples and offer both traditional weekly sessions and accelerated intensive formats. I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. This combination of clinical expertise and executive coaching mastery allows me to work effectively with both romantic partnerships and business relationships at the highest level.
