I work with young adults and individuals who experience distress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, and sexual-trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ and ethical non-monogamy affirming clinician. I tailor my approach to meet your needs. This includes engaging in an unbiased and non-judgmental space where you can talk through problems you’re experiencing. It might also mean gaining new perspectives, learning skills to cope with your lived experience, or creating structure to reach your goals.
