I’m Julie Stark, LCSW, a hybrid provider offering both Telehealth and in-person sessions in New York and Florida. Depending on my calendar and appointment availability, we can meet in whichever format best fits your life—whether that’s a comfortable office space or the convenience of secure virtual care. At Root & Rise Clinical Specialists, we believe in 100% privacy and autonomy of care, which is why we do not accept insurance. This freedom allows every session to be fully customized to your needs without outside limitations. My approach is collaborative, results-focused, and deeply personal. I specialize in CBT and The Stark Contrast—my trademarked modality created for creatives and adults drawn to creative arts therapy. By blending structured cognitive techniques with creative exploration, I provide a safe, innovative space where science meets creativity, helping you process challenges, discover new insights, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
