You’re a whole person who developed some brilliant ways of surviving. Some of those strategies may have outlived their usefulness. I believe in your capacity to heal, and I’ll work with you to understand what you’ve been carrying, honor what’s gotten you this far, and help you figure out what will work for your life now. My style is warm and direct, and I like to make room for humor. We can take your experience seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. You’re the expert on your life; I bring training, curiosity, and care. I work with adults in Rhode Island and Massachusetts via telehealth. My approach is relational, anti-oppressive, and responsive, drawing on narrative therapy, IFS, ACT, and DBT based on your needs. I’m currently training in EMDR. Focus areas include anxiety, complex trauma, interpersonal relationships, and attachment. I especially love working with LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent folks, and artists. I offer gender-affirming care, support consensual non-monogamy without judgment, and practice cultural humility. My work is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in social justice and the belief that we have an inherent capacity to heal ourselves and each other.
