Introduction

Good psychotherapy should help you see and understand the way your mind is working so you can improve your sense of self-worth, your ways of thinking, your emotional responses, and the way you relate with yourself and the people close to you. I’m an intuitive thinker by nature, with a passion for mental health. I use research-backed therapeutic approaches that promote lasting change in my clients’ ways of living without requiring years of psychotherapy. My solution-focused approach is designed with the goal of creating structure that serves and sustains clients outside of and beyond our sessions. I blend evidence-based treatment methods including CBT, EMDR to help you develop and practice tools, resources, and coping strategies for fully-integrated mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Whether you're new to personal growth or well-practiced, I'd love to help you find your way. The best way for you to know if we'll work well together is with a free 15-minute phone or video visit consultation. We can discuss what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, my approach, and answers to any questions you might have. I look forward to meeting you!
