Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. You may look like you're holding everything together on the outside while inside you feel anxious, stressed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I help individuals, couples, and families with adult children untangle what's stuck beneath the surface — to feel more connected, grounded, and steady, even in the hardest moments. For over 25 years, I've worked with clients navigating anxiety, stress, grief, loss, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship struggles, communication breakdowns, premarital work, divorce, parenting challenges, empty nesting, and more. Therapy is a space to exhale and slow down — where you don't have to hold everything alone. It's a chance to feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe as you move toward meaningful change, whether individually, with your partner, or your family. Together, we get curious about the cycles, patterns, and different "parts" of you — the ones that once kept you safe, but may now be standing between you and the life, love and relationships you are longing for. My work draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coaching, Mindfulness, and other relational approaches — always tailored to your unique needs and goals. Throughout our work, I will unwaveringly hold your strength, possibility, and brilliance - even when you can’t see it. I love working with insightful, curious clients who are motivated for change. Feel free to contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation. _______________________ I graduated from University of Chicago with an MSW in 1998. While in graduate school, I completed my Massage Therapy training at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy with the vision to combine body wisdom and psychotherapy. Shortly after, I completed a Gestalt Therapy – Couples, Family and Small Group Systems Training at the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland, Ohio and worked as an LCSW doing individual, couple, family and group counseling. I was then drawn to Life Coaching and Ana Forrest Yoga, received certificates of training in both, and opened my own life coaching practice in 2002. For over 15 years, I coached clients and facilitated groups, all over the country and over the phone. I wrote a book, Vivid Living for Busy Moms: Coach Yourself to an Extraordinary Life, published a blog, and wrote numerous articles. In 2020, I began working at Jewish Family & Career Services in Dunwoody, Georgia, as a LCSW doing individual, couple, and group counseling and currently work fully in private practice bringing all my passions together to support individuals, couples and families to live lives they love! My private practice is super accessible - it's all remote/telehealth. I work with clients who live anywhere in the State of Georgia. Clients can take their session from anyplace (in GA) that their computer, iPad, or phone will reach. Feel free to contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation.
