Introduction

Hi--I'm Justin. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas. I’m here to provide the practical skills, insight, and support that empower you to make real and lasting changes in your life. I can help you address the issues that bring you to therapy now and heal the wounds of your past that still affect how you think, feel, and act today. I use EMDR, internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to help you build a life of meaning and fulfillment that reflects your personal values and desires. Identifying the root cause of your concerns allows you to heal from the inside out, which is what creates long-term change. I know from my years of working with trauma survivors and queer folks that no one is broken. No one is hopeless. No one is alone in their suffering. And everyone has value. You don’t have to feel stuck, not good enough, isolated, or overwhelmed anymore. I’ll provide a comfortable and reassuring space for you to share, explore, and grow. My goal is to make you feel cared for, seen, and appreciated for all you are. If you're ready to move past the pain and retake control of your life, reach out and schedule a consultation today.
