Perhaps you're noticing something feels off, or that you haven't been yourself lately - maybe most of your life. Questioning your direction or maybe even who you really are. Societal narratives, trauma, unhealthy relationships, and more can make existing in an authentic way a genuinely difficult process. We bury ourselves to make others happy, and follow paths that are not our own because everyone else insists it's the only direction. Trying to manage this discordance can result in addiction, anxiety, burnout, and emotional dysregulation. But we don't have to live this way. While finding your own rhythm can certainly be challenging, it's a process that I undoubtedly believe is worth the effort. My practice is geared to provide trauma informed, intersectional, and holistic care. My aim as a therapist is to help my clients become more in tune with their mind, body, and spirit so as to provide a better foundation for getting to know their authentic self - outside of the expectations, values, and norms set by others, and working with their system and its response to trauma. It is my belief that relationships heal. I am here to provide a safe therapeutic alliance that invites connection, vulnerability, as well as curious exploration! The therapist and client relationship is one that is collaborative, and I meet my clients where they are in order to create a path forward together. I would love to hear from you.
