We believe therapy works best when it's accessible and personal. As behavioral health therapists, we work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, ADHD, relationship challenges, and women's health concerns. We draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative approaches, and family work—tailoring each session to what you actually need. What sets our practice apart is our commitment to genuine accessibility: we answer our phone, we listen, and we treat you as an individual, not a case number. We accept most major insurance plans and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. We are currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to support you through whatever brought you here.
