Introduction

Our mission is to provide transformative counseling services that change lives for the better! We use evidenced-based therapies, including Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our counselors specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and the impacts of trauma.   We believe in collaborating with our clients to create a treatment plan based on your individual circumstances and help you live to your fullest potential.  As a veteran myself, I have a close connection to veterans and first responders. If you're looking for someone to talk to about what's been going on in your life, I'd love to take a few minutes to get to know you better. I offer a free consultation by phone so you can determine if I'm the right fit for you.
