I enjoy working with adults and adolescents facing concerns related to trauma, addiction, men’s issues, sexuality, identity, emotional regulation, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I look at you as a person above all else, and I absolutely do not discriminate based on gender, sex, age, beliefs, sexuality, or even your past actions. You are here to work on you, and I am happy to be here to help. I strive to create an environment where clients can challenge themselves, grow, and still feel understood in the process. My approach to counseling is direct and grounded in authenticity. A typical counseling session with me balances insight-oriented discussion with practical tools you can actually use in the real world. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and discover deeper meaning in life. A lot of people come to counseling feeling stuck between who they are, who they think they are supposed to be, and the patterns they cannot seem to break. My goal as a counselor is to work alongside you in a way that feels honest, practical, and human. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be real without feeling judged or lectured.
