Justina works with individual adults, couples, and families. She has a particular interest in perinatal mental health concerns, including mood disorders, infertility, and pregnancy loss, and she has completed the basic certificate course in perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International. As a parent to quadruplets, Justina understands the challenges of pregnancy and parenting and the adjustment that comes with this major life transition. Justina has completed training in Level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy and enjoys working with couples looking to improve their communication and connection, including those in interracial, multicultural, and LGBTQ+ relationships. Justina also offers support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, religious issues, and grief and loss. Her therapy approach is attachment and trauma-informed. She is trained in Brainspotting and often incorporates this into her trauma work.
