Introduction

Hello! My name is Justine, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) in New York. I believe that the power of human connection forges the path towards healing, growth, and discovery. The therapeutic alliance should be a safe, enriching, supportive, and collaborative environment that nurtures self-efficacy, curiosity, and self-awareness. If you're the person who always seems to hold it all together for everyone else but inside you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, you don't have to carry it alone. I help adults heal from anxiety, attachment wounds, and grief; create healthier connections with themselves and others; and lean into a life that feels grounded and authentic. Using a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and somatic-integrated approach, I'll support you in bridging the disconnect between your mind and your body and exploring ways you can regulate your emotions and your nervous system. EMDR therapy, CBT, & mindfulness therapy can be transformative. We'll go at your pace, with safety and trust at the core of our work. The decision to take this next step in your healing can be scary and overwhelming, but with the right support, fear transforms into empowerment, and shame shifts into self-compassion. If this resonates with you, you're in the right space. Get in touch with me today to start your journey towards healing, reconnection, discovery, and curiosity.
