My practice is grounded in outdoor and experiential psychotherapy. Sessions are typically in natural settings where movement and environment are part of the therapeutic process. Indoor sessions are available when clinically indicated, but outdoor work is the primary modality. I specialize in working with adolescent and young adult clients who are exploring identity development and navigating life transitions. I help clients develop the skills, tools, and mindsets they will need to face future life challenges with confidence, resilience, and agency. My approach uses experiential interventions to enhance the therapeutic experience and create opportunities for lived, embodied learning and growth. I believe in the importance of building a safe, supportive relationship that invites clients to explore their unique life experiences and develop the skills to face challenges in authentic and empowered ways. I believe that everyone has the capacity to thrive and move through life and its inevitable challenges with confidence, resilience, and agency - even if it may not feel like that now! Please reach out with any questions you may have, or to see if I may be the right person to support you on your journey.
