Introduction

Areas of Focus Providing trauma therapy in Texas and Maine. I work with individuals navigating life-altering traumatic experiences, specializing in the restoration of the nervous system. This includes supporting recovery from complex, relational, and medical trauma, as well as helping clients manage the heavy impact of depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and bipolar spectrum patterns. My practice also focuses on the complexities of relationship dynamics and personality patterns, providing a steady hand through difficult life transitions. Additionally, I hold a space for the physical and emotional toll of chronic pain, illness, caregiver burnout, and the profound journey of grief and loss. An Inclusive & Affirming Space This is a non-judgmental space for adults (18+) across all identities and lived experiences. I am committed to providing culturally humble care that honors the dignity and autonomy of every individual. I provide dedicated support for BIPOC and historically marginalized communities, acknowledging the impact of systemic and minority stress on the nervous system. I welcome LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals, including those exploring identity, fluidity, and transitioning. My practice also centers on diverse lived experiences, supporting individuals from all professional and personal backgrounds in a shame-free environment. This includes those navigating relationship and lifestyle diversity, such as non-monogamous or polyamorous dynamics, and the Kink and BDSM communities. Regardless of your path, profession, or identity, you will be met with openness, equity, and a deep commitment to your safety.
