Introduction

Dr. Dmowski became a psychologist out of a deep belief that there is no greater reward than helping others improve their quality of life. Passionate about empowering individuals to recognize their potential for growth and healing, she works with compassion and dedication—especially with those who may not yet realize how transformative professional support can be for their mental and emotional well-being. A graduate of the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (Argosy University), Dr. Dmowski holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New Jersey. Her diverse clinical experience includes working with impaired professionals, individuals struggling with substance use, behaviorally challenged children, and incarcerated individuals. She has supported clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns, from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia and personality disorders. Motivated by her work with individuals facing substance use challenges, Dr. Dmowski earned additional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). She is committed to helping clients discover healthier ways of thinking, acting, and relating to others, easing their struggles while fostering lasting change. At Embrace Insight, Dr. Dmowski’s philosophy aligns closely with the practice’s mission. The name reflects the heart of her work: embracing each client with compassion while guiding them toward greater self-understanding and clarity. She walks alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges, offering personalized therapy in a safe, supportive environment where every story matters. With a belief that healing begins with acceptance and the courage to look inward, she helps clients foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and nurture lasting emotional well-being. Together, by embracing insight, Dr. Dmowski empowers her clients to find growth, renewal, and hope—so they can move forward with greater confidence, balance, and fulfillment. Fluent in both English and Polish, Dr. Dmowski provides therapy in both languages and creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore new perspectives, develop healthier coping strategies, and build more meaningful relationships. She is also authorized to provide telehealth services in PsyPact participating states, making care more accessible across state lines.
