Introduction

I provide client-centered therapy in a safe setting to adult individuals with a focus on depression, life stressors, and mood disorders. I specialize in adult ADHD and Level 1 spectrum struggles. I've been doing this for about twenty five years now and completed my training and education in Chicago. If you were given a referral for my services please reach out.
